William (Billy) Stines, 61, of Medford, N.Y. died November 1, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, New York on April 16, 1961. Billy is survived by his greatest accomplishment, his son, Jeremy Stines. Beloved by his family, and friends for his kind and giving heart. Billy was known for his affectionate, compassionate generous soul.
