Richard Kenneth Gorddard, age 64, of Ronkonkoma and Sidney, New York died Monday May 18, 2026. Richard was born July 12, 1961 in Huntington, NY.  Known for his love of trains, Richard was a member of Riverhead and Cooperstown train clubs. Richard loved to travel. He traveled to many countries. Richard was the beloved son of the late Kenneth and the late Kathleen Gorddard. Dear brother of Barbara Gorddard-Angelo. Loving uncle of Andrew, Albert, Anthony and Barbara Vitiello, and great-uncle of 8. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 29, 2026 at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, New York on Friday May 29, 2026
