Dear brother of Maura Breheny. Paul was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and imigrated to the United States when he was 11 years old. Paul was a Vietnam Veteran in the US Air Force. Paul worked for Local 25 for 16 years and was the Grounds Manager at St. Sylvester R.C. Church for the last 17 years.
