Mrs. Olga Zelem, age 99, of Farmingville, NY died Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Port Jefferson, New York. Mrs. Zelem was a devoted member of the V.F.W. Women's Auxiliary and the Farmingville Civic Association.

She was the wife of the late William Zelem .

Olga was survived by her loving daughters, Roberta Zelem, Kateryna Zelem Spalma and Saundra Zelem DiMaggio.

Arrangements are entrusted to McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2015. Wake prayers will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday officiated by Fr. Bohdan Hedz. Funeral mass will be at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Church in Riverhead, NY at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, NY on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. In lieu of flowers Olga's family requests donations in her memory to Farmingville Fire Department, 780 Horseblock Road, Farmingville, NY 11738
