Obituary

Marie T. Gale, 87, of Ronkonkoma, NY, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2021. Predeceased by her husband Allen just a short three weeks earlier, she is survived by children Terry Weaver (Vincent), Linda Gale, Barbara Huggins (Steven), Allen Gale (Nanette), James Gale (Gregory Noone) and a special grandson David Gale. Marie and Allen celebrated 67 years of marriage and in addition to their 5 children were blessed by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and an angel great grandson.

Marie's life was centered around her family. She enjoyed the large family get-togethers and vacations she organized. She was active post-retirement with many social and civic clubs both on Long Island and in the Villages in Florida and was involved with lay ministries of the Church of the Resurrection. Many remember her, along with her husband Al, from her Cub/Boy Scout activities and neighborhood block parties.  Most recently, she enjoyed meandering drives with Al.
