Luisa Galano, age 85, of Mastic, NY, formerly of Medford, NY died on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Luisa was born December 8, 1939 in Ponza, Italy to the adoring Parents, the Late Silverio Iodice and the Late Imnalecolata Iodice. Beloved Wife of the Late Luigi Galano. Loving Mother of Maurizio (Sandra) Galano, Aneillo (Tina) Galano, Angela (Guilio) Napolitano and Luigi (Courtney) Galano, Jr. Dear Sister of Salvatore Iodice and Silvia Aprea. Cherished Grandmother of Stephen Galano, Kevin Galano, Nicholas Galano, Joseph Galano, Anthony Galano, Tyler Galano, Guilio Napolitano, Jr., Lorenzo Napolitano, Liliana Galano, Liam Galano and Emma Galano. Adored Great-Grandmother of Lucas, Colin, Carter and Vincenzo.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM & 7:00 -9:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. There will be a Prayer Service during the Visitation at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at St. Sylvester R.C. Church, 68 Ohio Avenue, Medford, NY with Rev. Thomas Tassone officiating. Luisa's entombment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, NY.
