Lawrence J. Viverito, age 79, of Centereach died Friday, September 17, 2021.  Lawrence was born August 8, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY. , . He is the son of the late Paul and the late Margaret Viverito.  He married Anna M. Morelli.  He was predeceased by his wife, Anna M.  Morelli on  08/15/2021.

Lawrence is a veteran of the US Navy and served during the Korean War.  He is a Honorary Deputy Chief with the Centereach Fire Department where he served for over 40 years.

Visiting hours will be Friday, September 24 from 3:00 - 5:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY.

There will be Firematic Services on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 8:00 PM

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, September 25 from McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY.  Lawrence will answer his final call as the procession will go past the Centereach Fire Department.  Interment with honors will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram on Saturday, September 25 at 11:00 am.
