Joseph P. Maroney, of Medford, New York passed peacefully on the morning of March 2, 2019 at the age of eighty-three.

He was the loving husband of Ann, and a wonderful father to; Mary Lynn (Michael) Serrano, Joseph (Donna), Dennis, Philip(Carolann) and Matthew (Cristina). He adored his nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A lifetime salesperson for the grocery industry, in his retirement he enjoyed international travel with his family, all sports, especially golf (2 hole in ones) and bocci, along with running the children's golf program in his community.

Visitation for Joseph will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM  and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY 11763

A funeral mass celebrating his life will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Church in East Patchogue, NY on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 10 A.M.
