Mr. John Patrick White, age 68 , of Bellport, NY died Friday, August 14, 2015 at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in East Patchogue New York. Mr. White was retired from John J. Foley Skilled Nursing Center.

He was the beloved husband of Patricia White. He was also survived by his two loving daughters, Jessica Brown and Kelly White and his one loving son, John White. His 4 adoring grandchildren, Xavier, Makayla, Christopher and Jeremy. His dear sister Joanie Simpson and his dear brother Patrick White.

Arrangements are entrusted to McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM . Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday evening. Cremation will be private at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Center Moriches, NY
