It is with great sadness that the family of James F. Mullarkey announces his passing on the evening of February 19th, 2018. He will be lovingly remembered by his entire extended family including Anne, his wife of over 34 years, his two surviving daughters Cathy and Terry, sons in law Thomas, Brian, & Chris, step-daughters Lauren, Lynda, & Loretta and step-son Bobby, as well as a wealth of grandchildren who adore him.

Jim was many things. He was an anchor to the entire family, a hard worker and an entrepreneur as well as a father to five children and four step children. His Irish pride and feisty spirit will be remembered by all who knew him, friends and family alike. Jim was a strong, smart, and unforgettable person and his passing will touch many. May he meet again with those beloved family members who passed before him.

Services will be held at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home at 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford. Memorial visitation will be on Monday, February 26, 2018 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the funeral home. A prayer service will be on Monday at the funeral home at 8 PM. Funeral from the funeral home will be on Tuesday, February 27 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, NY
