Obituary

James Anthony Goulding, 57, of Farmingville died, after a lengthy illness, on November 24, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family and close friends. He was born February 4, 1960 to MaryAnn Grella Bleier.


Jim earned his education while serving in the US Army after which he attended Grumman Technical School. On April 20th 1993 he married Ann Borruso of Farmingville. He was well respected in his trade working for thirty years in the pool industry, the last ten as Branch Manager for Jet Line Products, until his illness forced him to retire from a career he loved.


Jim was a huge sports fan, especially Hockey, Go Rangers!! Those who knew him well will remember him for his generosity with his time helping family and friends and how he loved to talk.


He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Ann Goulding, of Farmingville; their son, Joseph Wallert; His Mom, Mary Ann Bleier; Siblings, David Goulding, Theresa Hunter, Josette Caliendo, Michael Goulding, Linda Behar, Patricia Bleier, Frank Bleier; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other close friends and family. Especially; Ed Behar, Tom Hunter, George Miller, Angela Borruso, Joe Borruso, Teddy Borruso, Scott Heuskin and Donna Heuskin.


He is predeceased by his Mother-in-law, Mary Borruso and Step Dad, Frank Bleier who he both loved and respected.


Visitation will be held on Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY 11763


A funeral service will be held Monday Nov. 27, at the funeral home.


Church service to be held Tues. Nov 28 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection, Granny Rd. Farmingville.


Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Center Moriches after which a reception to celebrate Jim's life will be held at the Sea Cove Grill 361 Main Street Center Moriches, NY.


Jim and his family would like to express special thanks to Andy Levinson, from Jet Line Products, for his incredible generosity, understanding and support.


In lieu of flowers, donations to help cover Jim's funeral expenses would be appreciated. They can be sent to the funeral home in care of Ann Goulding.
