Eulas Lee Evans sadly passed away on March 31, 2020 at the age of 81. He was born June 23, 1938 to the late William M. and Loretta (Mitchell)Evans in Fleming W. Va.

He served in the U.S. Army and Air Force for 27 1/2 years. He worked for NYC Transit as a Bus Driver and was promoted to Dispatcher for 25 years.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Dora M. (Moore) Evans and two children Sonji G. Evans and Tarik Evans (Lashawna),four grandchildren Nakya, Briana, Jeremiah and Joshua Evans all of New York. His sisters Karen Fuller, Loretta Mayles, Wilma Perry, and Sandra Harris all of Columbus, Ohio. One brother Joe L. Evans (Marlene) of Brownton, West Va.

Eulas is predeceased by his brothers William, Larry and Eugene Evans. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews,cousins and friends.

Eulas will be laid to rest in Calverton National Cemetery.

Due to current circumstances,viewing and burial will be private. A memorial mass will held at a later date. The family is grateful to everyone for their expressions of sympathy and love. To honor Eulas' memory, please feel free to visit and sign his tribute wall.
