Ms. Dawn B. Reilly, age 51 , of Medford, NY died Tuesday,September 29, 2015 at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in East Patchogue, NY

She was the daughter of Jane Reilly and the late William Reilly Sr.

She was survived by her beloved mother, Jane Reilly. Her loving daughter Amanda Reilly. Her adoring grandchildren, Hailey and Justin. Her dear sister Debra DeFraia and her dear brother William Reilly, Jr. Dawn is pre deceased by her sister Denise Reilly and her brother Thomas Reilly.

Arrangements are entrusted to McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. Funeral Mass will be at St. Sylvester R.C. Church at 9:15 AM on Saturday, October 3, 2015. A private cremation was held at an earlier date.
