Mr. Dale P. Martin, age 60 , of Holtsville, NY died Tuesday,June 17, 2014 at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in East Patchogue, New York. Mr. Martin was a Vice President with Phoenix Marketing.

Arrangements are being handled by McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. Visitation at 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM Monday, June 23, 2014. A religious service will be on Monday Evening. Funeral service will be at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, NY.
