Charles was born April 3, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY.  Charles' memorial visitation hours will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM & 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, New York. His funeral mass will be held at St. Sylvester R.C. Church, 68 Ohio Avenue, Medford, NY on Tuesday, May 12 at 10:00 AM. His inurnmnet will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Coram, New York. In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution to Charles' family would be appreciated.
