Mrs. Carole Garafola, age 69 , of Farmingville, NY died Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York.

She was the beloved wife of Richard Garafola.

She was survived by her loving children Vincent(Gina) and Gina Garafola. Her cherished grandchildren Vincent, Richard, Marissa, Brianna. Adoring Sister In Law Gloria Gambini and Brother In Law Ronald Gambini.
